资源简介:
This dataset was collected during a quasi-experimental study investigating the effects of a 12-week physical activity (PA) intervention based on the Integrated Theory of Health Behavior Change (ITHBC) in pediatric cancer patients. Seventy-two children aged 6–18 undergoing treatment at two hospitals in Guangzhou, China, participated in the study. The intervention group received personalized PA plans, used wearable smart bracelets to track daily steps, and engaged in weekly goal-setting and feedback sessions, while the control group received standard care.
The dataset includes individual-level data on physical activity levels (e.g., daily step counts, light-to-vigorous intensity PA), physical activity self-efficacy scores, and pediatric quality of life outcomes across physical, emotional, and social functioning domains. These data can support secondary analyses on behavioral interventions, wearable technology in pediatric care, and oncology-related rehabilitation.
All personal identifiers have been removed to ensure participant confidentiality.
