Whole genome sequencing data of carp intestinal contents with different body colors and domestication backgrounds

This study selected rice field carp of different body colors and carp from ponds and domesticated them in the Qingtian rice field symbiotic system for two months. Relevant sampling work was carried out at different time points, and whole genome sequencing of their intestinal contents was used for metagenomic analysis to explore their feeding habits.
