Analyze Class switch recombination of naïve B-cells in vitro mimicking Ataxia Telangiectasia using a small molecule inhibitor (KU-55933). We measure switched IgG and IgG memory B-cells, and analyzed transcriptomics (this data). Overall design: Healthy control PBMC's cultured and stimulated with medium containing IL10, IL21, anti-IgM and CD40L. Different conditions were compared: unstimulated, stimulated, stimulated with DNA-PK-inhibitor, and stimulated with ATM-inhibitor.
