We used microarray and bioinformatics analysis to find potential lncRNAs which may be useful in the polarization of macrophages Overall design: To screen for the functional lncRNAs involved in macrophages polarization, total RNA from THP-1 induced M0, M1, M2 and CM-sM2 cells were extracted and analyzed, we employed SBC-lncRNA (human 4*180K) microarray as a discovery platform to identify genes. [M0 were induced by PMA (50ng/ml) for 48h, M1 were induced by LPS (100ng/ml) and IFN-γ (20ng/ml) for 48h and M2 were induced by IL-4 (20ng/ml) for 48h both on the basis of M0. CM-sM2 were induced by 30% culture medium of gastric cancer cells on the basis of M0.]
