A dataset of resting-state and task-based EEG with psychological measures in adults with ADHD and controls

This dataset contains EEG recordings, cognitive test scores and summary results of psychological questionnaires for 16 adults: 8 (4 women and 4 men) with diagnosed ADHD and 8 (4 women and 4 men) healthy controls aged between 21 and 39 years.Raw data folder - includes all registered, raw EEG signals divided according to task and saved in .mat files (9 files for 16 participants), mat. files include EEG signals for the eyes closed and open condition and five different cognitive tests.The data have been anonymized and are available for research purposes only. Users are required to cite the source and adhere to ethical principles for research involving human participants.Please read the Readme.txt file for additional information.The database was prepared as part of the National Science Centre Miniatura 8 research grant, DEC-2024/08/X/ST6/01305, entitled: Analiza sygnałów EEG od osób z ADHD i grupy kontrolnej zdrowych z uwzględnieniem różnic między płciami z zastosowaniem metod sztucznej inteligencji (Analysis of EEG signals from individuals with ADHD and a healthy control group, taking into account gender differences, using artificial intelligence methods). The project was carried out by Dr. Monika Prucnal at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Faculty of Electronics, Photonics and Microsystems.The project received a positive opinion from the Committee for Research Ethics of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology (no. O-25-34).
