Procedures at the request of the Lombardy Region (updated on 31 July 2024) (Article 35 of Legislative Decree No 33/2013)

Pursuant to Article 35 of Legislative Decree No 33 of 2013, the Lombardy Region publishes proceedings at the request of a party falling within its competence. ‘Never’ update frequency = the dataset published by the deadline laid down in the legislation is not subject to change, except for errors and corrections.根据2013年第33号立法法令第35条之规定，伦巴第大区（Lombardy Region）应其管辖范围内的一方当事人的请求，发布相关诉讼程序内容。“永不更新”频率规则为：依据立法规定的截止期限发布的数据集，仅可针对错误与疏漏进行修正，除此之外不得作出任何变更。
