Map Viewing Service (WMS) of the dataset: Railway infrastructure classified according to their noise level in Haute-Savoie

Under the authority of the Prefect, land transport infrastructure is identified and classified according to its noise and traffic characteristics. On the basis of this classification, the Prefect determines, by order: (1) areas affected by noise in the vicinity of the identified infrastructure; (2) the sound levels that manufacturers are required to take into account for the construction of buildings included in those sectors; (3) The acoustic insulation of the facade required pursuant to the order provided for in Article R. 571-43 of the Environmental Code.在行政长官的授权下，陆路交通基础设施将依据其噪声与交通特性完成识别与分类。基于上述分类结果，行政长官可通过政令作出如下规定： (1) 已识别基础设施周边受噪声影响的区域； (2) 建筑施工单位在上述区域内建造建筑物时必须考量的声级标准； (3) 依据《环境法典》第R.571-43条所规定的政令要求，建筑物外墙所需达到的隔声性能。
