Rainfall partitioning data southern African savanna

This dataset contains rainfall partitioning data from Colophopsermum mopane, Catophractes alexandri, Senegalia mellifera, and Vachellia reficiens collected in the Etosha Region of Namibia. It also contains codes for analyzing throughfall and stemflow variability, to determine canopy saturation points and rainfall thresholds for stemflow initiation, and to simulate effects of rainfall regime shifts.
