Alternaria alternate Targeted loci

This study aims to isolate and characterize the causal pathogen of leaf spot disease in Poacynum hendersonii (Hook. f.) Woodson in Yuli County, Xinjiang, China, using integrated morphological and molecular approaches . The disease symptoms include necrotic lesions with dark margins, chlorosis, and premature leaf abscission, resulting in significant yield losses. Our findings will inform targeted management practices, including resistant cultivar selection and fungicide application protocols.
