RCode_GroupRelatedness

Script for calculating the relatedness of each individual to all other individuals within a social group. Uses output from the program ML Relate (i.e. relatedness values in table format)用于计算社会群体内每个个体与其余所有个体间亲缘关系的脚本。该脚本采用程序ML Relate的输出结果，即以表格格式存储的亲缘关系数值。
