nfi_year = Year of measurement of the sample plot
stratum_id = stratum identifier
cluster_id = cluster identifier
plot_id = plot identifier
plot_weight = plot representation factor (km2)
main_drain_cause = NFI-observed reason for change
fcl_year = Year of change by GFC-FCL
plot_drain_year = NFI-observed year of change
drain_year_with_gfc = plot_drain_year replaced with fcl_year, if available
