s3-ATAC landscape of GEMM AML-derived CD8 T cells treated in vivo with JQ1 or vehicle

We report the s3-ATAC chromatin landscape of CD8 T cells derived from a FLT3-ITD/TET2 driven GEMM model of AML upon treatment with BET inhibitor JQ1. We find that JQ1 induces chomatin changes specifically in exhausted subsets of CD8 T cells in vivo Overall design: 10 AML mice were treated daily via i.p injection with either cyclodextrin (5 mice, vehicle control) or JQ1 (5 mice, drug group).
