资源简介:
This research focuses on studying scalable coating technique for perovskite solar cells (PSCs) fabrication using recrystallization of perovskite materials. The use of perovskite crystals helps prevent impurity and unreacted precursor that adversely affect solar cell performance. The perovskite crystals are created using inverse temperature crystallization (ITC). The material preparation helps avoid anti-solvent step that hinders large scale thin films fabrication. The crystals are redissolved and coated on to solar cell substrate, using scalable coating techniques such as bar coating and rapid convective deposition (RCD) alternative to conventional small area spin coating to fabricate the perovskite solar cell. The performance of perovskite solar cell with scalable coating techniques as bar coating achieved 9.47 % of PCE. Rapid convective deposition achieved 9.87% of PCE and the stabilized PCE at maximum point tracking (MPPT) showed higher stability than the conventional spin coating.
