Data from: Monitoring long-term riparian vegetation trends to inform local habitat management in a mountainous environment

This is a portion of the data used in the analysis for the manuscript “Monitoring long-term riparian vegetation trends to inform local habitat management” by Assal et al. The manuscript has been submitted to the journal “Remote Sensing in Ecology and Conservation.” The data were used in the trend analysis portion of the analysis for this project. Two data sets are available: (1) field data used to assess the cover of upland and riparian deciduous vegetation (.csv) and (2) annual NDVI and trend analysis data for each field plot (.csv). This abstract will be updated with the manuscript reference when available.

本数据集为Assal等人所撰论文《监测长期河岸植被动态趋势以服务本地栖息地管理（Monitoring long-term riparian vegetation trends to inform local habitat management）》的分析所用数据的一部分，该论文已投稿至《生态学与保护遥感（Remote Sensing in Ecology and Conservation）》期刊。本数据集应用于该研究项目的趋势分析环节。本次公开的数据集包含两类：(1) 用于评估高地与河岸落叶植被覆盖度的野外调查数据（格式为.csv）；(2) 各野外样地的年度归一化植被指数（Normalized Difference Vegetation Index, NDVI）与趋势分析数据（格式为.csv）。本数据集说明将在获取论文正式参考文献信息后完成更新。
