Kinbasket Reservoir at Bush Harbour

The Columbia Shsuswap Invasive Species Society (CSISS) collects plankton samples for several waterbodies in the Northern Columbia Basin which are tested for the presence of larval stages of invasive mussels and clams. Along with the plankton samples, ancillary data including surface pH, surface temperature and Secchi depth are measured. Data is collected from July to September, either every 2 weeks or every month (depending on the waterbody’s risk of infestation).

哥伦比亚舒斯瓦普入侵物种协会（Columbia Shsuswap Invasive Species Society, CSISS）针对北哥伦比亚盆地的多个水体采集浮游生物样本，用于检测样本所在水体中是否存在入侵性贻贝与蛤蜊的幼体阶段。除浮游生物样本外，该机构同步测量表层pH值、表层水温和赛克盘深度（Secchi depth）等辅助观测数据。数据采集时段为每年7月至9月，采样频次为每两周或每月一次，具体依据对应水体的入侵定植风险等级确定。
