Bulk RNA-seq for Wild type, and Arid1a-mutated mice

We developed 4 genotypes of Arid1a-mutated mice: (1) Tff1-cre; Arid1aflox/flox mice , (2) Tff1-cre; Arid1aflox/flox; Cdkn2a (p16)flox/flox mice (3) Tff1-cre; Arid1aflox/flox; LSL-Pik3caH1047R mice, and (4) Tff1-cre; Arid1aflox/flox; Cdkn2a (p16)flox/flox; and LSL-Pik3caH1047R mice. We perform bulk RNAseq on stomach specimens from the antrum of these mouse models, using wild-type mice as controls.
