Genome sequencing of different bacteria isolated from Tibetan antelope feces

Tibetan antelope live in alpine grasslands, meadows and alpine deserts at an altitude of 3,700-5,500 meters, which is a protected animals in China. The main purpose of the project is to discover the new species of bacteria in the excrement of the Tibetan antelope in the Tibetan plateau region.
