The operation Coyuntural Services Index (ICS) offers a set of indicators of a cyclical nature of the evolution of sales and staff employed in the services sector in the Basque Country, both in nominal and real terms. It is calculated for Trade and Services and by subsectors, following the National Classification of Economic Activities (CNAE 2009), for the Basque Country and by historical territory. Corrected calendar effects indices (number of working days and public holidays) offer comparable values year-on-year, while quarter-on-quarter comparisons use seasonally adjusted indices (corrected the effect of periodic fluctuations of less than one year).周期性服务业指数（Coyuntural Services Index, ICS）提供了一套反映巴斯克地区服务业销售额与雇佣员工规模演化特征的周期性指标，涵盖名义与实际两种统计口径。该指数依据《经济活动全国分类（CNAE 2009）》，针对巴斯克地区及各历史辖区，分别测算商贸与服务业整体及其细分行业的相关数据。经日历效应（含工作日数量与法定假日因素）校正的指数可实现年度同比可比分析，而环比对比则需使用经季节调整后的指数——即校正了年度以内周期性波动影响的指数。
