Mutational analysis of IVT mRNAs

RNA-seq analysis of in vitro transcribed mRNAs, containing modified nucleotides, or unmodified/canonical nucleotides, in order to assess the effect on the frequency of INDELS during transcription. Overall design: Comparison of single nucleotide insertions or deletions for unmodified IVT mRNA and N1-methylpseudouridylated IVT mRNA.
