A dataset on dengue, malaria, and leptospirosis from an endemic region in Colombia

This dataset contains information on 81 patients with confirmed diagnoses of dengue, malaria, or leptospirosis. The information was collected on 56 sociodemographic, clinical, and laboratory variables when they were admitted to a hospital in a region of the Colombian Caribbean. This resource provides valuable information for training machine learning models, as well as for clinical and epidemiological studies aimed at improving differential diagnosis in hyperendemic contexts.
