Dataset: Associations of cardiovascular function and structure with feed efficiency and carcass composition in beef cattle

This dataset contains each SAS syntax file, input data file and output file used in completion of the Livestock Science Submission Manuscript titled “Associations of cardiovascular function and structure with feed efficiency and carcass composition in beef cattle” along with a step by step guide to work through all files in the correct order to complete the statistical analysis and reproduce the results detailed in the manuscript.本数据集包含为完成题为"肉牛心血管功能与结构与饲料效率及胴体组成的关联"的《Livestock Science》投稿手稿所使用的全部SAS语法文件、输入数据文件及输出文件，同时附带一份按正确顺序处理所有文件以完成统计分析并复现手稿中详述的研究结果的分步操作指南。
