Lung and gut microbiome analysis with lung cancer mice

We conducted microbiome analysis in lung and gut with lung cancer mice model. We used C57BL/6J mice and injected LLC cell line via tail vein. To conduct lung and gut microbiome, we collected BALF sample and fecal sample at each time points (Day 0, 21, and 28 after injection). In this analysis, relative abundances of each species, alfa-diversity, be-ta-diverisity, were also analysed. Also, we conducted PICRUSt analysis based on this data to know metabolic function changes of lung and gut microbiome with lung cancer.
