Aspect ratio data of rabbit Achilles tenocytes in vitro culture treated with Insulin-Like Growth Factor-1 (IGF-1), with Platelet-Derived Growth Factor-BB (PDGF-BB), or with both growth factors

We present aspect ratio data assessed for rabbit Achilles tenocyte in vitro cultures, where either IGF-1 was supplied to the culture medium, PDGF-BB, or IGF-1 and PDGF-BB (mixed group), with a culture medium as control where no further supplements were added. The length and the width of these cells were measured, and the ratio was calculated, for days 0, 3, 7, and 14, respectively.
