This dataset represents a compilation of stream organic matter, nutrient, and isotope data for streams draining watersheds that are, and are not, affected by permafrost thaw slumps on the Peel Plateau, Northwest Territories, Canada. This dataset also includes organic matter chemistry, stable isotope, and radiocarbon isotope data for samples obtained from slump headwalls on the Peel Plateau, Northwest Territories, Canada.
