Environmental Vision 2018 — Energy Transition Park

Version of Energy Transition Park adopted by Provincial Staten van Drenthe on 3 October 2018. In the view of the province of Drenthe, large-scale energy systems should be concentrated on designated locations, for example on the Bargermeer industrial parks in Emmen, Europark in Coevorden and near Attero in Wijster. In these areas, the province of Drenthe also sees opportunities to link energy producers and consumers (energy cascade). This could also include linking farms to these sites. The above-mentioned areas are therefore referred to as energy transition parks (ETP) on the vision map 2030.2018年10月3日，德伦特省议会（Provincial Staten van Drenthe）通过了本版能源转型园区（Energy Transition Park, ETP）方案。德伦特省提出，大型能源系统应集中布局于指定区域，例如埃门（Emmen）的巴尔格米尔（Bargermeer）工业园、库福尔登（Coevorden）的欧洲工业园（Europark），以及维斯特（Wijster）的阿特罗（Attero）周边地带。在上述区域内，德伦特省还认为可通过能源梯级利用（energy cascade）实现能源生产者与消费者的对接，其中亦可涵盖农场与这些园区的联动。因此，在2030愿景地图中，上述区域被界定为能源转型园区（ETP）。
