Offsite Mitigation Boundaries

This data represents areas that are considered for mitigation offsite from a project. Data is supplied by the permit applicant. The applicant supplies the district with a location map of the offsite boundary. In order to avoid undue hardship to the applicant, there are few restrictions on the type and quality of the map the applicant must supply. The location maps the applicant supplies are generally 1:24,000 USGS quadrangles or in some cases digital orthographic quadrangle maps are provided.本数据集收录某项目场外环境减缓措施拟覆盖的区域，相关数据由该项目的许可申请人提供。申请人须向属地主管部门提交场外边界位置图。为避免给申请人造成不当负担，相关规定对申请人需提交的地图的类型与质量仅设置了极少限制。申请人提交的位置图通常为比例尺1:24000的美国地质调查局（United States Geological Survey, USGS）标准矩形分幅图，部分场景下也会采用数字正射矩形地图。
