Supplementary data for the doctoral dissertation “Development and application of palaeoproteomics (ZooMS) on Palaeolithic assemblages from Europe and East Asia”

This dataset consists of Table S1 and other files relevant to Section 3.2 of the doctoral dissertation “Development and application of palaeoproteomics (ZooMS) on Palaeolithic assemblages from Europe and East Asia”. The MALDI-TOF-MS rawdata and ZooMS manual identifications are generated and published by Brown et al. (2021), which are included for the new pipeline testing.

本数据集包含附表S1，以及对应于博士论文《欧洲与东亚旧石器时代遗存的古蛋白质组学（palaeoproteomics）开发与应用》第3.2节的其他相关文件。其中，基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱（MALDI-TOF-MS）原始数据与ZooMS手动鉴定结果由Brown等人（2021）生成并发表，本次将其纳入新型分析流程的测试工作。
