F1F2R1R2 Raw sequence reads

This project contains raw Illumina amplicon sequencing reads targeting the mcrA gene and the pmoA gene from paddy soil samples collected under a factorial field experiment comparing raised seedbed versus flat cultivation and rice oilseed rape versus rice faba bean rotations. Data are provided as raw paired end FASTQ files for biological replicates of each treatment.
