1000 genomes (phase 3) files with SNPs in common with HapMap3 and UK Biobank

This provides 2490 (mostly unrelated) individuals of the 1000 genomes project (phase 3) in PLINK bed/bim/fam format. The SNPs are restricted to the ones in common with HapMap3 and UK Biobank (~1.7M). The R code that has been used to generate these data is also provided. Do not forget to cite the 1000 genomes project. TODO: add citation + mine

本数据集包含千人基因组计划（1000 Genomes Project，第三阶段）的2490名（绝大多数无亲缘关系）个体的基因组数据，存储格式为PLINK的bed/bim/fam文件格式。本数据集所涵盖的单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism，SNP）位点仅筛选自与HapMap3及英国生物库（UK Biobank）共有的位点，总数约为170万个。用于生成该数据集的R代码也已同步提供。请务必引用千人基因组计划。待办事项：补充引用文献及本数据集的专属引用信息。
