Dataset for: The chemical diversity of giant-planet nurseries as revealed by ALMA

We provide the channel maps and integrated intensity maps for the molecular line data presented in Booth et al. (10.48550/arXiv.2512.01731). All data reduction, imaging and moment map generation steps are presented in the main publication and the spectral line transition information is listed in Table 2 of Booth et al. (10.48550/arXiv.2512.01731).
