Data for "Mechanical conditions preventing live cell extrusion during primary neurulation in amniotes"

This dataset contains both original data and custom scripts (with simulation data) used to study apical cell extrusion in the neural plate of chick embryos under pharmacological treatment. Original data includes protein distribution profiles along small transects and counts of cell death indices in all treatment conditions. Simulation data includes all custom GNU Octave scripts used for this research along with completed simulations that showcase different conditions.
