bac_lineages_ed3.csv

Table showing the phylum-level classification of bacterial genera. File derived from the lineage file (lineages-2018-06-13.csv) obtained from https://github.com/zyxue/ncbitax2lin. Only bacterial genus/phylum pairs were maintained in order to decrease the file size. Some genus/phylum pairs had to be manually added using data from NCBI Taxonomy. Utilize "bac_lineages_ed3.csv" in script 3, available in https://github.com/fhsantanna/bibliometrics.
