A股上市企业数字化转型指数数据

企业数字化转型是近年来中国社会各界重点关注的领域，但基础数据的不完善在很大程度上制约了相关科学研究的开展。构建合理、科学的数字化转型指标体系有利于学者定量地研究企业数字化的相关问题，也有利于衡量企业的数字化水平。广东金融学院吴非老师及其团队归集整理了上海交易所、深圳交易所全部A股上市企业的年度报告，并展开结构化分类（即“底层技术运用”与“技术实践应用”两个层面），形成特征词图谱，进而分类归集关键技术方向的词频并形成最终加总词频，从而形成了企业数字化转型指标统计基础数据库。  基于此，国家金融学学科创始人陈云贤博士，广东金融学院国家金融学学科负责人唐松教授领衔的研究团队积极响应国家政策和经济实践需求，在团队已有科研成果（吴非等，2021）的基础上，选取沪深A股上市企业（2016-2020 年）作为评价对象，基于年报文本信息披露的独特视角，创新性运用大数据文本分析和因子分析的双重量化工具刻画各上市企业相应年度数字化转型强度，为评价企业数字化转型提供更加全面客观且更具参考价值的经验借鉴。

Corporate digital transformation has been a core focus across all sectors of Chinese society in recent years. However, the inadequacy of basic data has largely constrained the progress of relevant scientific research. Establishing a reasonable and scientific indicator system for digital transformation enables scholars to conduct quantitative research on issues related to corporate digitalization, and also facilitates the assessment of enterprises' digitalization levels. Professor Wu Fei from Guangdong University of Finance and his team collected and organized the annual reports of all A-share listed companies on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) and Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE). They performed structured classification along two dimensions: "underlying technology deployment" and "practical technical application", constructed a feature word map, then categorized and aggregated the word frequencies of key technology directions to generate the final aggregated word frequencies, thus establishing the basic statistical database for corporate digital transformation indicators. Subsequently, the research team led by Dr. Chen Yunxian, founder of the National Finance Discipline, and Professor Tang Song, head of the National Finance Discipline at Guangdong University of Finance, actively responded to national policies and the demands of economic practice. Based on the team's existing research findings (Wu et al., 2021), the team selected A-share listed companies on the SSE and SZSE from 2016 to 2020 as evaluation subjects. From the unique perspective of annual report text information disclosure, they innovatively applied dual quantitative tools of big data text analysis and factor analysis to quantify the digital transformation intensity of each listed company in their respective fiscal years, providing more comprehensive, objective and highly referential empirical references for the evaluation of corporate digital transformation.
