Effects of an extreme marine heatwave on <em>Siderastrea siderea</em> in Panama

The repository includes data and code pertaining to a project investigating the effects of a marine heatwave on the reef-building coral Sidereastrea siderea&nbsp;in Panama. Data in the repository include those pertaining to the health status of S. siderea&nbsp;corals, which includes bleaching and disease status and partial mortality for fate-tracked colonies at several time points. Additionally, the repository contains data resulting from ITS2 metabarcoding of coral endosymbiont (Symbiodiniaceae) communities, which were preprocessed using SymPortal&nbsp;(Hume et al., 2019).
