The available data is the development plan “Adlersberg — 1st Amendment” of the city of Bretten from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Development plan, general residential area, partly change of a construction depth, partly change of a number of floors, roof design material.开发规划（BPL）包含针对城市规划管理的具有法律约束力的规定。原则上，开发规划须以土地利用规划为编制依据。本次可用数据为布勒滕市（Bretten）依托XPlanung 5.0平台编制的《阿德尔斯贝格——第一修正案》开发规划。说明：本规划属于通用住宅区开发规划，涵盖部分建筑进深调整、部分楼层数变更及屋顶设计用材调整。
