资源简介:
Climate change such as warming and altered precipitation is expected to affect plant growth and community composition. However there is little knowledge about Whether foliar fungal endophytes (FES) are sensitive to multiple climate change factors and which key factors regulate the response. To address these knowledge gaps, we surveyed the diversity and community composistion of foliar FEs of two dominant herbs after two year warming and altered precipitation on the Tibetan plateau alpine meadow. Our results showed that different plant host owned distinct FE taxa, and different FE taxa responsed to warming and altered precipitation differently. Notably, foliar FE resourses in this alpine meadow is very diverse, including many undiscovered fungal taxa, which gives goood materials to study climate indicator and the co-evolution between plant and fungi.
