16S metabarcoding data from Rimicaris exoculata and chacei symbionts for each juvenile stage

Study of the symbiosis of juveniles of R. exoculata and R. chacei from two vent sites along the MAR: TAG and Snake Pit. We used 16S metabarcode sequencing on MiSeq platform to identify the presence of symbiotic lineages of specific symbiotic organs (cephalothoracic cavity, gills, foregut, midgut tube) at each juvenile stage (A, B and subadult).
