The performances in terms of spatial resolution, radiation damage, nano-CT, and nano-spectral imaging of the TXM beamline.TXM system: TXM system comprising a monocapillary condenser, pinhole, objective ZP, sample station, and two X-ray imaging detectors.Monocapillary condenser: It is a in-house-designed monocapillary condenser. Major axis:1000/1000mm; Minor axis:0.524/0.485mm; Length:101/85mm; Entry Diameter:562/552μm; Exit Diameter :344/408μm; Work distance: ~95/85mm.Pinholes: Diameters:100 μm and 150 μm.ZP: Two sets of ZPs (XRnanotech, Switzerland). Diameter: 100/125μm; Outermost zone:40/25nm; Focal length@8keV: 25.806/20.161mm; DOF@8keV:41.3/16.1mm; NA object@8keV: 1.9/3.1mrad.Imaging detectors: Two sets of X-ray imaging detectors for high- and medium-resolution imaging. The high-resolution detector is a scintillator-coupled optical microscope with 2×, 4× and 10× optical magnification lenses and a water-cooled 16-bit 2048×2048 camera (Zyla 4.2 PLUS sCMOS, Andor, Oxford Instruments, UK) with 6.5-μm square pixels.Spatial resolution: The spatial resolution test for the TXM used a standard Siemens star pattern (Carl Zeiss, German) with the smallest feature size of 30 nm in the high-resolution mode.Data processing software: 3D reconstruction: AduRecon (in-house desigend), Avizo® Fire (commercial); TXM-XANES: TXM-Wizard (open source).
