293FT cells expressing GFP, wild type of LIN28A, and zinc finger mutant of LIN28A were subjected to SLAM-Seq, and the changes of RNA Half-life were calclulated. In SLAM-Seq, the analysis were performed by detecting T > C changes with SLAM-Dunk pipeline. The results showed that LIN28A upregulated the RNA stability of HIF1A mRNA independent of let-7 degradation.
