OntoDup Experimental N-Quads Outputs for DBLP–ACM and DBLP–Scholar

This dataset contains N-Quads outputs generated in the OntoDup experimental workflows for scholarly knowledge graph deduplication. The deposit includes governed match assertion outputs for four benchmark-based experimental settings: Experiment A on DBLP–ACM, Experiment A on DBLP–Scholar, Experiment B on DBLP–ACM, and Experiment B on DBLP–Scholar. These files are experimental result artifacts intended to support reproducibility, graph-based inspection, and downstream validation of the reported matching outcomes. This deposit includes OntoDup-generated experimental outputs only. Third-party ontology distributions are not redistributed as part of this deposit. Full local reconstruction requires loading the OntoDup schema resources and rule set together with the corresponding VIVO semantic layer in a GraphDB repository configured with the OntoDup rules. The companion source code repository contains the OntoDup ontology files, rules, schema pack resources, project templates, and notebook-based reproducibility workflows associated with these outputs.
