All of the final data files required to run the Python and R code associated with: "Stability shifts in gliding flight: Hawks morph from an unstable to stable state when navigating a gap".
For the hawk (named Drogon) files: Each file within the folder represents one flight trial recorded - Each row represents a recorded frame in order of time, with this recorded in the first column. All subsequent columns in sets of 3 represent the x, y and z coordinate of each marker present within the recording volume in succession. Of these, the first 18 columns represent the marker coordinates of the 6 stationary markers used to identify the gap obstacle (columns 2 to 13) and perch (columns 14 to 19). However, for subsequent columns given that markers were not explicitly labelled in software the same marker does not always consistently appear in the same column e.g. column20 does not always refer to the X coordinate of e.g. the P12 feather.
