资源简介:
This dataset was generated within a prospective observational cohort study investigating immune and inflammatory responses to viral infections and their association with psychiatric outcomes. The study included adult patients hospitalized due to infection with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), hepatitis C virus (HCV), or tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV), as well as a healthy control group. Participants were assessed at two time points: during the acute phase of infection (baseline) and after a 12-month follow-up period. At baseline, all participants underwent a structured psychiatric evaluation based on ICD-10 criteria, completed the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS), and provided fasting venous blood samples. Serum samples were collected, processed under standardized conditions, and stored at −80 °C until analysis. Cytokine, chemokine, and growth factor concentrations were measured using a multiplex bead-based immunoassay (Bio-Plex Pro Human Cytokine Screening Panel, 48-Plex).At follow-up, psychiatric reassessment was performed, including repeat HADS administration and a clinical interview conducted by an experienced psychiatrist. The dataset includes demographic variables, clinical characteristics, psychiatric diagnoses and symptom scores, and quantitative measurements of immune markers obtained during the acute phase of infection. The purpose of the dataset is to enable exploration of virus-specific inflammatory profiles, neuroimmune mechanisms, and their potential relationship with long-term psychiatric outcomes. The data are suitable for secondary analyses, including multivariate modeling, clustering approaches, and integrative immunological research. No directly identifiable personal data are included.
