<br>The .Zip compressed archives contain the loci for Vgr-linked Toxin/Antitoxin gene clusters from 94 Ralstonia solanacearum species complex strains. There is one .Zip per phylotype (I-IV).When the .Zip file is uncompressed, you will find subfolders. Each subfolder corresponds to one RSSC genome. Folders are named by "phylotype-strainName". For example, "IIC-K60" contains the loci from phylotype IIC strain K60.Within each subfolder, files are systematically named.For example, "aux2_I-SL3822_CJO88_RS12855.gbk" means:* aux2 is the systematic name of the auxiliary cluster* I-SL3822 is the phylotype-Strain* CJO88_RS12855 is the RefSeq gene locus tag for the Vgr in the cluster. (Occasionally, clusters lack a Vgr allele. In this case, the gene locus is given for a gene in the cluster).These files contain the aux locus AND the genomic context.There are also "*_only.gbk" files (where * stands for the beginning of the file name). These are REFERENCE files for each aux cluster. Running these with Clinker is helpful for color-coding the aux clusters in the resulting HTML file.<br><br><b>Phyl-IV-5-geneinsertion file:</b><br>Synteny analysis showing the 5-gene insertion downstream of <i>tssA</i><i> </i>in phylotype IV genomes that was found in a distinct genetic locus in phylotype II genomes.<br><br><b>R file:</b><br>This RStudio script was used to compute a matrix based on the <i>aux</i><i> </i>cluster content of each strain and draw the dendrogram. The results are uploaded as "<b>Matrix of aux cluster abundance in the RSSC genomes.xlsx</b>"
