RNAseq analysis of cytokine-treated human neutrophils

We report gene expression profiles of blood neutrophils from healthy individuals treated with cytokines G-CSF, GM-CSF, IFNalpha, IFNgamma, IL-1beta, IL-8, TNFalpha or untreated for 1h in vitro. Neutrophils (purity >97%) were isolated from peripheral blood by centrifugation through density-gradient reagent (Polymorphprep). RNA was isolated using Trizol:chloroform, cleaned up by Qiagen RNeasy kit including on-column DNase digest and sequenced on the Illumina HiSeq 2000 platform.
