胃癌数据分析

胃癌是一种起源于胃黏膜上皮的恶性肿瘤，其预后相对较差，而且癌症往往会提早扩散到其他部位。本产品提供DNA、RNA的分析流程以及单细胞的分析流程。其中DNA包含点突变、结构变异、融合分析、CNV变异分析。RNAseq除了基因表达差异外，还包括新转录本发现、等位基因特异性表达、转录本和非编码RNA的相互作用。单细胞分析包括细胞类别鉴定、细胞间通讯、单细胞轨迹分析、转录因子的分析。

Gastric cancer is a malignant tumor originating from the gastric mucosal epithelium, with relatively poor prognosis and a strong tendency to metastasize to other sites at an early stage. This product provides analysis workflows for DNA, RNA and single-cell samples. For the DNA analysis workflow, it covers point mutations, structural variations, fusion gene analysis and copy number variation (CNV) analysis. For RNA sequencing (RNA-seq), besides differential gene expression analysis, it also involves novel transcript discovery, allele-specific expression (ASE) analysis, and interaction analysis between transcripts and non-coding RNAs. The single-cell analysis workflow includes cell type identification, cell-cell communication analysis, single-cell trajectory analysis and transcription factor analysis.
