This project contains CRISPR mutant libraries of the E. coli lac operator site. These libraries were created to study the adaptive fitness landscape using bulk competition assay in different environments. The experiment contained 4 replicated samples, which were sequenced in pools for three different conditions: glucose, glycerol, and lactose.
