Title: Minimal Data Set for UROREC system validationSystem: UROREC (Synchronous cystometry and EUS-EMG acquisition system)Animal Model: Female Wistar rats Description: This repository contains the complete open-source framework, manufacturing files, microcontroller firmware, and the minimal biofisiological data set required to fully replicate, build, and validate the UROREC platform, as presented in the associated manuscript. UROREC is a high-performance, synchronized instrumentation system specifically engineered for preclinical urological research, enabling simultaneous recording of intravesical pressure (cystometry) and external urethral sphincter electromyography (EUS-EMG) in animal models. 📁 Repository Structure & Contents To ensure compliance with open science guidelines and total transparency, the files are organized into three main categories: Validated Biofisiological Data: Table_3_Data.xlsx: Final calculated cystometric and electromyographic parameters for the 15 female Wistar rats evaluated in the study (Control vs. Acetic Acid-induced pathological model). Figure_4_Healthy_Data.csv & Figure_4_Pathological_Data.csv: Raw downsampled numerical vectors used to plot the representative traces in Figure 4. Figure_5_Healthy_Data.csv & Figure_5_Pathological_Data.csv: Raw downsampled numerical vectors used to plot the representative traces in Figure 5. Open-Source Hardware Design (Production-Ready): UROREC_Schematic.pdf: High-resolution electronic schematic showing analog front-end (AFE) filtering, amplification stages, and microcontroller integration. UROREC_PCB_Top.pdf & UROREC_PCB_Bottom.pdf: 2D composite layout layers of the printed circuit board routing geometries. Gerber_Fabrication_Files_UROREC.zip: Industrial-standard manufacturing files (Gerber RS-274X and NC Drill). Non-engineering laboratories can fully replicate this system without manual etching or assembly by uploading this single archive directly to any turnkey commercial PCBA vendor (e.g., JLCPCB, PCBWay) for automated fabrication. Microcontroller Firmware: UROREC_Firmware.zip: Complete C/C++ source code for the Teensy/Arduino environment.
