This project performed 16S rRNA gene Illumina MiSeq sequencing of fecal mouse microbiota that have been exposed to the antidepressant Fluoxetine treatment for 28 days. The animals (n=20) were separated in a control (C) and experimental (E) group. Animals were sampled at the start of the experiment (day 0, D0), at day 15 (D15), and at day 28 (D28). Each animal was thus sampled 3 times.
