Integrated Transcriptomic Analysis Revealed Lymphatic-mediated Immune Dynamics after Myocardial Infarction

This dataset contains single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) gene expression matrices derived from mouse hearts after myocardial infarction (MI). The study aims to investigate the role of lymphatic endothelial cell (LEC)-specific Icam1 in regulating immune responses and cardiac remodeling.Cardiac ventricular tissues were collected from both control and Icam1 conditional knockout (Icam1cko) mice at 3, 7, 21, and 42 days post-MI. Non-cardiomyocytes were isolated and subjected to scRNA-seq. The count matrices provided here include gene expression profiles for individual cells across all time points and genotypes.
