Calibration, validation and uncertainty quantification

This project contains code for processing raw spheroid growth data and for inferring the parameters of simple mathematical models of avascular tumour growth using such data. We also include code for checking for discrepancies between the calibrated models and the data, for checking the validity of those models and for making ensemble forward predictions of tumour growth using the calibrated models. Each of the main scripts contains a short description of what the script aims to accomplish.
